By accessing or placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site or submit an order.

Bhoomi & Beyond reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order governs that transaction.

All prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

Product images are representative. Colour and texture of dehydrated ingredients may vary between batches due to natural sourcing variation — this does not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per order and to discontinue any product without notice.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We use Razorpay as our payment processor; by completing checkout you agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy. Bhoomi & Beyond does not store card details on its servers.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, contains a pricing error, or cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method in such cases.

Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is correct before submitting payment.

We ship across India. A flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies to all orders. Shipping is free on orders totalling ₹1499 or more before discounts.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Bhoomi & Beyond is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon dispatch. If a shipment is lost or arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Our full returns and refunds policy — including eligibility, timelines, and the process for raising a request — is set out on the Refunds page. That policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Food products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a quality defect. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within the window described on the Refunds page.

All content on this website — including text, photography, product descriptions, recipes, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to Bhoomi & Beyond. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without prior written permission.

Product reviews submitted through this site may be displayed publicly and used in promotional material. By submitting a review you grant Bhoomi & Beyond a royalty-free licence to use that content in perpetuity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bhoomi & Beyond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
