Most of our dehydrated fruits and powders have a shelf life of 12–18 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each package is labelled with a best-before date.
Yes. We use no artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours. Our dehydration process and airtight sealing are what keep products fresh and shelf-stable.

Delivery
Shipping information
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster (2–4 days).
We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹1499. For orders below ₹1499, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.
Once dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
Yes. All products are packed in moisture-controlled, food-grade pouches and placed in rigid outer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Returns & refunds
Our returns policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Opened perishable products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
