Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days across India
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (where available, additional charges apply)
  • Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 499.
  • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 60 applies to orders below Rs. 499.
  • Express delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date:

  • Order not received
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Damaged or tampered packaging

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, including a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.
  • Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Perishable or opened food products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
